As hosts to some of the best birthday bashes around, we were familiar with the frustration of asking our attendees for that special group picture and hoping we reached the right person and they didn't accidentally delete it.
It really hit us when we heard that someone at one of our parties had posed with some of her family members – representing 3 generations – and was frantically looking for that special moment that she could not just recreate. She could not recall who took it and went around calling and texting everybody she could think of. Fortunately, she eventually tracked down the person who took the picture, but not after much worry and time.
